If anything goes wrong regardless of our good efforts, you will be assisted swiftly and efficiently in the Piens Service Center. At Piens, this is a department that we invest and re-invest in on a daily base. Qualified service personel repair your instrument (when possible) while you browse in the ShowRooms. However, we accept instruments for service only if they are recogized by the Piens ServiceLabel and your Piens MusicPlanet invoice or tab. This gives you the garantee of maximum personalized service support.

For big events, feel free to contact the Piens Service Shuttle. This express service is at your disposal 24/7. For ultra-fast support at concerts of national and/or international pop artists, at pop-festivals etc. use the Piens Service Chopper.

Problems using your new instrument? Feel free to contact us by phone. Via our support-line, the receptionist will carefully take note of your problem and your personal Piens-Music-Advisor will call you with all the answers, and probably gives you some information on the new and few stuff that just came out...
Furthermore, you have the possibility to ask your questions via the support-page elsewhere on our website. We try to give you an answer to all your musical questions as fast as we can. And as you understand: this service is only accessible to registered Piens Customers!
