    "Geachte heer Piens, Ik wou u graag bedanken voor de onvergetelijke middag die wij in uw bedrijf mochten beleven. Ik kwam om de gitaar waar ik al 30 jaar van droom nl een Fender Stratocaster USA te kopen, waar in ik trouwens ook geslaagd ben, maar ik had mijn gitaar leraar bij en nog enkele vrienden. Mijn gitaarleraar die ernstig ziek is zoals ik u verteld heb, had 1 grote wens, om ooit nog eens op een goede Gretsch te spelen. op mijn vraag aan u is dit bevestigd dat dit mogelijk was. Ik heb later dit gevraagd aan het personeel die direct klaar stonden om ook aan dit verzoek te voldoen. Men heeft hem op enkele gitaren laten spelen en als toetje kreeg hij de mogelijkheid om te spelen op een Gretsch uit 1962 die gesigneerd was door Chet Atkins. Nog nooit heb ik iemand zo zien genieten van een moment. Hij straalde en kon zijn geluk niet op. Ik heb samen met mijn vrienden zelfs meer genoten van dit moment samen met hem dan van de aanschaf van mijn gitaar van mijn dromen waar ik 30 jaar naar toe geleefd heb. Ik kan mijn dank aan U, uw vrouw en personeelsleden niet beschrijven. U heeft nu niet alleen weer enkele klanten bij maar ook vrienden voor het leven. Nogmaals bedankt en tot ziens.
